Why can’t I upload a branded product on Seller Center
You are seeing the following comment as the product(s) you are trying to create may be prohibited or may require further information:
- You need to be authorized to sell this product.
- You can save the product, but changes will only be applied if the product is approved for sale on the platform.
You will still be able to upload the product, but the product will not be submitted to the content Quality Control (QC) process until approved.
When so requested, please complete the Formal SKU request form to provide the necessary information and documentation. The documentation provided should explain your relationship with the brand nd you have to provide the authentication documents.
Upon submission of the form, we will assess your request and respond with the status of your request within 5 business days.
