Why can’t I upload a branded product on Seller Center
You are seeing the following comment as the product(s) you are trying to create may be prohibited or may require further information:
· You need to be authorized to sell this product.
· You can save the product, but changes will only be applied if the product is approved for sale on the platform.
Please get in touch with your Vendor Manager or our Partner Support Team and provide a Letter of Authorization and/or Proof of Authenticity to clearly explain your relationship with the brand. Upon submission, we will assess your request and respond with the status of your request within 5 business days.
If a merchant is suspected of selling counterfeit goods we may immediately reject or deactivate all such suspected products and suspend or terminate the merchant's selling privileges. Lazada reminds you that it is each seller’s responsibility to source and sell only authentic products and to immediately deactivate any product that is in violation of our guidelines.
