What is a claim?

A claim is a payment request to Lazada in case one of the following problem happens in the process of returning an item to you.

  1. The item is returned to you after a customer initiated return or a failed delivery (in case of dropship) and they returned it to you beyond 75 days from shipped status.
  2. The item has not yet been return to you beyond 75 days from shipped status.
  3. The item has been returned to you and the package was damaged. (For seller who comply in Lazada Packaging Guidelines).
  4. The item has been returned to you and it is damaged. (For seller who comply in Lazada Packaging Guidelines)
  5. You have been returned an incorrect item.
  6. Your item is missing, one part of it is missing or a freebie is missing.
