I have shipped the order, but it has not been received by the customer. When I checked with the 3PL, I was told that the item was lost in the delivery process. What should I do?
You may fill out the Seller Claims Form. Once done, if the order is still in ready to ship status send a new item to the customers as soon as possible to avoid delay in delivery. Lazada will process the claims form and refund you with the order value.
