What do I do when the product of the customer has purchased is out of stock?

In case where you are unable to fulfill the order due to out of stock, we advise you to cancel the order immediately in Seller Center if the order is not yet validated. But if the order is already validated, email this to partnersupport@lazada.com.ph or start chatting with us! to request for cancellation of the order due to out of stock. Please be advised that you will get penalized once the cancellation is initiated by merchant.

To avoid cancellation due to out of stock, regularly update your product stock level.
