My order was cancelled after I have shipped my items, what happens to my items?


Lazada will return the cancelled orders to you upon quality check. If you do not receive the product beyond 75 days from shipped status you may fill out the Seller Claims Form. You have 7 days to file this for claims after the 75 days. Lazada will investigate your claim, which takes an average of two weeks.
