What is Seller Holiday Mode?


Effective May 26, 2017 you will be able to take your store offline any time that you wish to go on a vacation or otherwise suspend your sales for a period of time.


How will I benefit?

Anytime you wanted to go on vacation, you had to call up Partner Services to put your store offline. No more! With the new Seller Holiday Mode, you can now set your store offline yourself for any period of time that you wish. This gives you the power and flexibility to control your operations and sales yourself.


What do I need to do?

  1. Log on to Lazada Seller Center, Click on Profile
  2. If you wish to set your store to holiday mode, click on Yes and set your holiday period using the calendar provided.
  3. Once you click on Save, your store will go into Holiday Mode at 00:00:00 on the first day of the holiday.
  4. Made a mistake? Want to start business early? No problem! If at any time you wish to stop the holiday mode and resume your business, simply Click on No and your holiday mode will be turned off.




What happens when my store is in Holiday Mode? 

When your store goes into Holiday mode, all incoming orders are stopped and your store is not displayed on Lazada. However, you are still responsible for the orders that came in before the start of the holiday period.
